Terms of service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using FleetGlu, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a carrier, you represent that you have authority to bind that carrier.

Subscription & billing

FleetGlu is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance via Stripe. You may cancel any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You will not use FleetGlu to harass, surveil, or coerce drivers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Supabase, Railway, Stripe, Twilio, or other third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetGlu’s total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
