Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly subscription only. Onboarding, branding, and CSV driver imports are included.
How does the trial work?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 15, and you can cancel any time from the dashboard.
What happens if we exceed our driver count?
We will email you when you cross the threshold and ask you to upgrade — no surprise charges, no service interruption.
Can drivers opt out of mood tracking?
Yes. Mood, health habits, and notifications are all opt-in per driver. The carrier sees only aggregated trends unless a driver explicitly consents.
